NAPHL Honors Esmark Defenseman

Fraser Tabbed for Performance

The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) announced its Apex Learning Virtual School Peak Performers for the month of October.  The players were selected based upon their performance at the second NAPHL event of the season, which took place at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine, Minnesota from October 16-19, 2015.

Esmark Stars Defenseman Hunter Fraser was selected as the 18U AAA Defensive Third Star for his work at the Blaine Showcase.

Fraser scored one point in each game at the five-game event. tallying 2 goals and 3 assists, plus scoring the decisive goal in a overtime shootout victory.

A native of Grafton, MA, Fraser picked up an assist in each of Esmark's first three games at the league event, wins over Philadelphia Little Flyers (5-0), Thunder Bay Kings (5-1), and HC Dallas (4-2). He then scored a regulation goal in both the Stars fourth and fifth games, an overtime shootout loss to the St. Louis Selects (2-1) and an overtime shootout win over the New Jersey Titans (4-3), in which he also notched the game winning shootout goal for the Stars.

Overall in 10 NAPHL league games, Fraser has seven points (2 goals, 5 assists).
