If a player or coach receives a game suspension:

1. If your team is playing in PAHL, email a copy of the scoresheet and note the game date, game number, player and/or coach name and number being suspended.  
2. Player or coach must sit out the NEXT scheduled USA Hockey game (PAHL or Tournament)
3. Upon serving the suspension, on the score sheet of the game being sat out, indicate at the top the name (and number) of the person serving the suspension.
4. Send a copy of this scoresheet to PAHL discipline (#1 above)
